The apartments are usually rented for a week from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights); but in the middle and low seasons it is possible to stay – subject to availability – even for shorter periods.
The prices below are therefore per week, and include utilities (water, electricity, heating), final cleaning, weekly change of linen, and a welcome kit.

Prices do not include the Tourist Tax introduced by the Municipality of Massa Marittima.
