APARTMENTS

This farmhouse has been restored with respect for Tuscan tradition and it offers its guests three apartments for 2-5 persons. Each apartment has its own private entrance, central heating, satellite TV with international channels, Wi-Fi connection and a private outdoor area. A large field, a trampoline for children and a swimming pool. A barbecue for the use of guests and, on request, an old bread oven for making bread and pizzas.

The car park is on the homestead. The nearest village is two kilometres away, the gravel road is in good condition and is easy to drive along.

Usually, the apartments are rented for one week, from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights); but in mid and low season, they can be rented just for a weekend (or for a few days).

The prices, stated below, are therefore for one week and are inclusive of electricity, water and gas, final cleaning, weekly bed linen change and a welcome kit.

The apartments are self catering: guests are supplied with kitchen and bed linen, and a fully fitted kitchen but neither breakfast or half-board are offered.

Green (2 +1 persons)
Ground floor apartment (approx. 30sq.mt) with bedroom area and living-kitchen area divided by a sliding door. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Large gazebo with table and chairs. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and for one under-12 child.

Red (4 persons)
Three-room apartment (approx. 60 sq.mt) with large living room with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor; on the first floor, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with room for another bed, on request. Storage space for garden furniture on both sides of the apartment. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. This apartment is suitable for 3 persons, but one other person can be accommodated, on request.

Blue (5 persons)
Three-room apartment (approx. 60 sq.mt) with large living room with kitchenette and bathroom, on the ground floor; on the first floor, one double bedroom and one twin-bed bedroom with space for a third bed. Storage space for garden furniture on both sides of the apartment. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. This apartment is suitable for 4 persons with room for a fifth guest, on request.
